이용약관
1. 목적과 적용
본 약관은 MH Studio(이하 “운영자”)가 제공하는 게임과 관련 서비스(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 이용자는 서비스를 설치하거나 이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의합니다.
2. 계정
서비스는 게스트 계정 또는 지원되는 외부 계정(Google, Apple, Kakao 등)을 이용할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 자신의 계정과 기기를 안전하게 관리해야 합니다. 게스트 계정은 앱 삭제, 기기 변경 또는 로컬 데이터 손상 시 복구되지 않을 수 있습니다.
3. 서비스 이용
이용자는 법령과 본 약관을 준수해야 하며, 비정상적인 방법으로 게임 데이터·재화·순위를 조작하거나 서비스와 다른 이용자를 방해해서는 안 됩니다. 운영자는 보안, 점검, 운영 또는 불가피한 사유로 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
4. 가상 재화와 유료 상품
게임 내 가상 재화와 아이템은 서비스 안에서만 사용할 수 있으며 현금이나 현실의 재산으로 교환할 수 없습니다. 유료 상품의 결제, 청약 철회 및 환불은 구매한 앱 마켓의 정책과 관련 법령을 따릅니다. 법령상 허용되는 경우를 제외하고 이미 사용했거나 즉시 효력이 발생한 디지털 콘텐츠는 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.
5. 지식재산권
서비스의 코드, 이미지, 음악, 문구 및 기타 콘텐츠에 관한 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 개인적이고 비상업적인 범위에서만 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
6. 이용 제한과 책임
운영자는 약관 위반, 부정 이용 또는 서비스 안전을 해치는 행위가 확인되면 사전 통지 후 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 긴급한 보안 대응 등 사전 통지가 어려운 경우에는 사후 통지할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 천재지변, 통신 장애, 앱 마켓이나 외부 서비스 장애로 발생한 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다.
7. 약관 변경
운영자는 법령이나 서비스 변경에 따라 본 약관을 수정할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 적용 전에 서비스 또는 본 페이지에서 안내합니다.
개인정보 처리방침
MH Studio는 필요한 범위에서만 개인정보를 처리하며 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
1. 처리하는 정보
- 계정 정보: Firebase 사용자 식별자(UID), 로그인 제공자, 소셜 로그인에서 제공되는 식별 정보 및 선택적으로 제공되는 이메일·표시 이름
- 게임 정보: 닉네임, 진행도, 점수와 순위, 재화·아이템, 업적·미션·보상·우편 기록
- 결제 정보: 상품 ID, 거래 식별자, 구매 영수증 및 검증 결과. 카드번호 등 결제수단 정보는 앱 마켓이 처리하며 운영자가 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
- 기술·이용 정보: 기기·운영체제·앱 버전, IP 주소, 접속 및 기능 이용 기록, 오류·진단 정보. Firebase 등 서비스 제공자가 자동으로 처리할 수 있습니다.
- 분석·알림 정보: Firebase Analytics의 앱 이용 이벤트·기기 및 앱 정보와 Firebase Cloud Messaging의 푸시 토큰·알림 발송 및 수신 기록
- 문의 정보: 이메일 주소와 이용자가 문의에 포함한 내용
2. 이용 목적
로그인과 계정 관리, 게임 저장·복원, 순위와 보상 제공, 결제 검증, 고객지원, 부정 이용 방지, 오류 해결, 서비스 이용 분석과 품질 개선, 서비스 및 이벤트 알림 발송을 위해 이용합니다.
3. 보유 기간
계정 및 게임 데이터는 서비스 이용 중 보관하고 탈퇴 완료 또는 서비스 종료 시 삭제합니다. 소셜 연동 계정은 탈퇴 신청 후 7일간 복구 유예 기간을 거쳐 삭제되며, 게스트 계정은 요청 시 즉시 삭제됩니다. 다만 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률에 따라 계약·청약철회 및 대금결제·재화 공급 기록은 5년, 소비자 불만 또는 분쟁 처리 기록은 3년간 분리 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다. 기기에 저장된 로컬 데이터는 앱 삭제 또는 기기 설정을 통해 제거할 수 있습니다.
4. 처리 위탁 및 국외 처리
서비스 제공을 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁하고 개인정보를 국외로 이전·보관할 수 있습니다.

국외 이전을 원하지 않는 경우 서비스 이용을 중단하고 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 인증과 게임 데이터 저장에 필요한 이전을 거부하면 계정 기반 서비스를 제공할 수 없습니다. 푸시 알림은 앱 또는 기기 알림 설정에서 언제든지 거부할 수 있으며, 거부해도 핵심 게임 기능은 이용할 수 있습니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 자신의 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱의 계정 관리 기능 또는 아래 이메일을 이용해 요청할 수 있으며, 본인 확인이 필요한 경우 게임명, 닉네임, 로그인 방식과 연동 이메일 등 최소한의 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 서비스를 제공하지 않으며, 해당 정보가 확인되면 삭제합니다.
6. 보호 조치
접근 권한 제한, 인증 및 보안 규칙, 전송 구간 암호화 등 합리적인 기술적·관리적 조치를 적용합니다.
7. 방침 변경
본 방침이 변경되면 시행일과 변경 내용을 본 페이지에 공개합니다. 이용자의 권리에 중대한 영향을 주는 변경은 가능한 범위에서 사전에 알립니다.
계정·데이터 삭제 요청
게임 내: 플레이어 정보 → 계정 탈퇴 및 데이터 삭제를 선택하세요.
웹 요청: 아래 버튼으로 게임명, 게임 닉네임, 로그인 방식과 연동 이메일을 보내 주세요. 비밀번호나 결제수단 정보는 보내지 마세요. 본인 확인 후 계정과 연결된 게임 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
Fruit Royal Challenge의 게스트 계정은 즉시 삭제되고, 소셜 연동 계정은 7일의 복구 기간 후 영구 삭제됩니다. 법적 보존 의무가 있는 거래 기록은 법정 기간 동안 별도 보관될 수 있습니다.

Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms govern games and related services (the “Service”) provided by MH Studio (“we,” “us,” or the “Operator”). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You may use a guest account or a supported external account such as Google, Apple, or Kakao. You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure. Guest account data may not be recoverable after deleting the app, changing devices, or losing local data.
3. Acceptable Use
You must comply with applicable law and must not manipulate game data, currency, or rankings, interfere with the Service or other players, or use unauthorized methods. We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service for maintenance, security, operational, or unavoidable reasons.
4. Virtual Items and Purchases
Virtual currency and items have value only within the Service and cannot be exchanged for cash or real-world property. Payments, cancellations, and refunds are governed by applicable law and the policy of the app marketplace where you made the purchase. Refunds may be restricted for consumed or immediately supplied digital content where permitted by law.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service’s code, artwork, audio, text, and other content belong to the Operator or their lawful owners. You receive a limited, personal, non-commercial right to use the Service.
6. Restrictions and Liability
We may restrict access after notice if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or threaten its safety. Urgent security actions may be followed by notice afterward. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused without our intent or gross negligence by events beyond our reasonable control, including network, marketplace, or third-party service failures.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect legal or Service changes. Material changes will be announced through the Service or this page before they take effect.
Privacy Policy
MH Studio processes personal data only as necessary and in accordance with applicable law.
1. Data We Process
- Account data: Firebase user ID (UID), sign-in provider, identifiers supplied by social sign-in, and any email or display name made available by the provider
- Game data: nickname, progress, scores and rankings, virtual currency and items, achievements, missions, rewards, and inbox history
- Purchase data: product ID, transaction identifier, purchase receipt, and verification result. Payment details such as card numbers are processed by the marketplace and are not collected directly by us.
- Technical and usage data: device, operating system and app version, IP address, access and feature-use records, crash and diagnostic data, which may be processed automatically by providers such as Firebase
- Analytics and notification data: app-use events, device and app information processed by Firebase Analytics, and push tokens and notification delivery or receipt records processed by Firebase Cloud Messaging
- Support data: your email address and the information you include in a request
2. Purposes
We use data to authenticate and manage accounts, save and restore game progress, provide rankings and rewards, verify purchases, support players, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, analyze and improve the Service, and send Service or event notifications.
3. Retention
Account and game data are retained while your account is active and deleted when account deletion is completed or the Service ends. Linked social accounts have a seven-day recovery period; guest accounts are deleted immediately upon request. Under Korean e-commerce law, records of contracts, cancellations, payments, and supply of goods are retained separately for five years, and consumer complaint or dispute records for three years. Local data can be removed by uninstalling the app or through device settings.
4. Service Providers and International Processing
We may entrust processing and transfer or store personal data internationally as follows.

You may object to international processing by discontinuing the Service and requesting account deletion. Refusing transfers required for authentication and game-data storage prevents us from providing account-based features. You may disable push notifications at any time in the app or device notification settings without losing access to core gameplay.
5. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data through the in-game account controls or by email below. We may request limited information such as the game title, nickname, sign-in method, and linked email to verify ownership. The Service is not directed to children under 14; if we learn that such data was collected, we will delete it.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, authentication and security rules, and encryption in transit.
7. Changes
Updates will be published on this page with a new effective date. We will provide advance notice where reasonably possible if a change materially affects your rights.
Request Account & Data Deletion
In the game: Open Player Info and select Account & Data Deletion.
On the web: Use the button below and include the game title, nickname, sign-in method, and linked email. Do not send a password or payment details. After ownership verification, we will delete the account and associated game data.
For Fruit Royal Challenge, guest accounts are deleted immediately. Linked social accounts are permanently deleted after a seven-day recovery period. Transaction records subject to a legal retention duty may be retained separately for the required period.
